It's Time To Party Greeting Card - I originally painted and drew this piece with watercolor and color pencils. I made this specifically for a birthday card with some movement and excitement for a party! 
 
A greeting card of It's Time To Party is reproduced from an original watercolor painting & cutting paper on fine matte cardstock in 5.5" x 8".  Inside is blank and it comes with a white envelop.
